Program (Enclosure 1) and our Valve Wall Thickness Verification Program Quality Assurance Audit (Enclosure 2). These documents describe our corrective action for Regulatory Operations, Region II, unrcsolved item 72-12/2, " Valve Wall Thickness Verification", and respond to AEC letters from Region II, dated June 30, 1972 and February 16, 1973.
The six (6) valves of the Verification Program enclosure, in Section II, "Large Valves". Subparagraph 5, " Conclusion", are the Nuclear Class I check valves which were the subject of our letter of July 2,1973 to Mr. D. F. Knuth, i
