Arlainsas Power and Licht Company required thair A-E, Ecchtel Corporation, to redesign and reconstruct a uajor portion of tha systa=. A report of the l
liccusee's invescination and corrective action has been received.
Since the design deficiency discovered at this facility =ay be generic witu the 1:echtei decign, va request that an in-dopth N'j review of the attached rc;. ort be conducted to detercine the adequacy of the corrective action.
