Description of Particular Event or Circumstance:
i AP&L'was informed by letter from the Babcock and Wilcox Company 1.
-(B&W) that test reports for several heats of weld filler material used in the fabrication of the ANO-1 steam generators did not
' indicate tensile or impact properties. This item was identified j
in the B&W Barberton, Ohio shops during an audit performed by the Babcock and Wilcox Quality Control Organization.
