On January 5,1973, Arkansas Power G Light Company informed the Regulatory Operations office in Atlanta, Georgia, of a situation which could be considered reportable under 10 CFR 50.55(e)(1)(i),
" Conditions of Construction Permits". This situation involved incomplete documentation in the weld filler material records for the Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1 steam generator. A report of the investigation of these records was submitted to the Atomic Energy Commission by Babcock 6 Wilcox during a meeting on this subject in Bethesda, Maryland, on Tuesday, January 30, 1973.
