Dear Mr. Moseley:
This letter is written to acknowledge the reporting of a possible deficiency to your Mr. Kidd under the requirements of 10 CFR 50.55(e),
concerning a leak in reactor building spray piping near a shop weld which was found during hydro-testing. Our evaluation of this item continues. We plan to report the results of our investigation by May 28, 1973.
