The Licensing Projcet Mannger, Hr. L. Engle, has already diccussed the contents of the enclosure with ycu on several occasions during the pact tuo v:.cks.

In order to naintain cur licencing schedule, we vill need year responce to the enciesure by Septenbcr 15, 1975 in order that our evaluation ray be incorporated in Supplerent 2 to the Safety IMaluation Report presently ccheduled to be isnued on October 14, 1975.
