Toledo Edison Company (Davis-Besse) - A CO inspection was conducted on October 13-15 The inspection included a review of the QC system, QC records, and observation of work concerning the concre*e quality for Class I structures.
One item of apparent nonconformance was identified concerning sampling of pumped con-ps crete.
