Pursuant to 10 CFR 50;90 Commonwealth Edison proposes to amend l'

Appendix A, Technical Specification to facility Operating License DPR-29 and L

DPR-30 for the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station.

The proposed changes, enclosed in Attachment 1, modify the Technical Specification requirements for jet pump flow indication.

Similar Technical Specifications have been

previously proposed in references (a) through (d).

The proposed changes are further described in Attachments 2 and 3.

The proposed changes have been re/lewed and approved by both On-site and Off-site Review in accordance with Commonwealth Edison Company's t

procedures.

The proposed amendment has been reviewed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92(c) and it has been determined that the proposed amendment does not

. involve a significant hazards consideration.

The evaluation is documented in Attachmeat 4.
