l' Pursuant to 10 CFR 50;90 Commonwealth Edison proposes to amend '

Appendix A, Technical Specification to facility Operating License DPR-29 and ,

L DPR-30 for the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station. The proposed changes,  ;

enclosed in Attachment 1, modify the Technical Specification requirements for '!

jet pump flow indication. Similar Technical Specifications have been  !

? previously proposed in references (a) through (d). The proposed changes are further described in Attachments 2 and 3.  ;

l L: The proposed changes have been re/lewed and approved by both On-site and Off-site Review in accordance with Commonwealth Edison Company's t procedures. The proposed amendment has been reviewed in accordance with 10 ,

CFR 50.92(c) and it has been determined that the proposed amendment does not

. involve a significant hazards consideration. The evaluation is documented in  ;

Attachmeat 4.
