• are editorial'in nature. The October 28, 1987 request included changes to the Technical Specifications Index. Additional changes to the Technical r Specifications Index have been identified since the time of the ,

submittal.' Attachment I contains proposed changes to the Technical -

Specifications Index. All changes to the Index transmitted per my October ,

~28, 1987 and additional changes identified since the time of the submittal are included. It is requested that you replace the changes to the Technical Specification index on my October 28, 1987 submittal with the enclosed markups.

The enclosed changes are purely administrative. The conclusions of my .

l ,0ctober 28, 1987 request remain valid. The proposed changes do not L

involve significant hazards considerations.
