requirements, as noted below. This item is an infraction.

personnel, and adhered to.
Station Radiation Control Procedure 37-1-A-1, a

requires that each person read, understand, and adher to the provisions of Special Work Permits (SWP's).
Contrary to the above, during routine tours of the Unit 2 core spray /LPCI corner rooms on March 6, 1980, and the Unit 2/3 refueling floor on March 28, 1980, the inspector observed personnel in controlled, con-taminated areas not wearing all of the protective clothing required by the applicable SWP.
