Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter of May 6,1980, informing us of steps you have taken
to correct the items of deviation concerning activities under NRC Operating
License No. DPR-77 and Constructinn Permit No. CPPR-73 brought to your atten-
tion in our letter of April 14, 1980. We have examined your corrective actions
and have no further questions at this time on deviation Items A.2 and A.3.
Ilowever, the actions proposed for Iten A.1, A.4 and B are not consistent with
previous commitments to the Commission. Your proposed action on these items
has been forwarded to our Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for further
evaluation. These items will be reexamined upon completion of this evaluation.
