RECEIPT OF ADDITIONAL ANTITRUST INFORMATION - GRAND GULF NUCLEAR STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 By letter dated April 3,1980, you submitted additional antitrust information concerning the proposed additional ownership by the South Mississippi Electric Power Association in the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2.
This information was required in accordance with Appendix L of 10 CFR Part 50.
We have prepared a related antitrust notice concerning this ownership and for-warded it to the Office of the Federal Register for publication. A copy of the notice is enclosed.
We have also prepared a legal notice to be published in the following newspapers and trade journals:
