DESCRIPTI(M On Thursday, June 5,1980, following inspection of fire.

barriers pentacting safety related areas, it tes reported that several gpirations were found in a degraded condition.
The -
purpose of the inspection was to formulate a survefilance pr~ % for the inspection of the necessary fire barriers.
The condition of the barriers which raised concern was:
1)
One conduit penetrating the barrier beemeer the
, cable spreading room and the control roca had not heen sealed around its exterfor.
2)
Several conduit prestrations had not been sealed at the open and is the control roomt where wires entered the panels.
3)-
A cable penetration of the C Eattery Rcan was found not to be sealed.
