Dear Mr. Denton:
10 CFR 73.47, " Licensee Fixed Site and In-Transit Requirements for the Physical Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Moderate and Low Strategic Significance", requires the submittal of a security plan describing compliance with the requirements of Sections 73.47 (d),
(e), (f), and (g), as appropriate, including schedules of implementation.
It has been determined that McGuire Nuclear Station will be subject to the requirements of Section 73.47 (f) and (g). A revision to the security plan for onsite storage of special nuclear material of low strategic significance and a plan addressing in-transit require-ments for special nuclear material of low strategic significance are in preparation. Th q plans will be submitted by June 25, 1980.
