With your letter dated January 7, 1980, you transmitted proposed Technical Specification changes relating to conformance with Appendix J of 10 CFR 50 on containment sphere leakage testing for the Big Rock Point Plant to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review. By letter dated March 20, 1980, we informed your Company that this filing is subject to the requirements of 10 CFR 170.22 and requested a Class III fee of $4,000. This fee has not been received; therefore, it should be submitted to this office within fifteen (15) days after your receipt of this letter.
