O Omaha Public Power District Fort Calhoun Station NOTICE OF DEVIATION Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on February 11-4, February 25-28 and March 10-14, 1980, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full conformance with your commitment to the Commission as indicated below:
NUREG 0041 and Regulatory Guide No. 8.15, collectively require that employees using respirators with full face masks do not wear contact lenses.
Contrary to the above, the inspector determined that, on February 26, 1980, an employee using a respirator with a full face mask was, at the same time, wearing contact lenses.
This is a deviation.
