The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has found that:

The application for amendment by the Consumers Power Company (the licensee) dated May 25, 1977, as supplemented u

by letter dated June 14, 1977, complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as a-i mended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; 1
