AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE Amendment No. 6 License No. DPR-6 1.
The Atomic Energy Comission (the Commission) has found that:
A.
The application for amendment by Consumers. Power Company (the licensee)datedJune 28, 1974, complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and 'he Commission's rules and regulations set forth in t
10 CFR Chapter I; B.
The facility will operate in confamity with the application, the provisions of the Act, and the rules and regulations of the Comission; C.
There is reasonable assurance (1) that the activities authorized by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities will be conducted in compliance with the cormission's regulations; D.
The issuance of this amendment will not be inimical to the comon defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and E.
Prior public notice of this amendment is not required since the anendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
2.
Accordingly, the license is amended by a change to the Technical Specifications as indicated in the attachment to this license amendment and all paragraphs under 3.B of Facility License No.
DPR-6 are hereby amended and replaced with the following:

Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications contained in Appendix A, as revised, are hereby incorporated in the license.
The licensee shall operate the facility in accordance with the Technical Specifications, as revised by issued changes thereto tnrough Change fio. 43."
3.
This license amendment is effective as of the 'date of its issuance.

Facility Operating License No. DPR-6 are revised as follows:

Replace paragraph 4.1.1.(g) with the following:
(g) Control Rod Guidance The 32 crucifom-shaped control rods shall be guided and f
supported by the " fuel channel and support tube" assemblies.
j Each control rod shall contain a maximum of eight (8) rollers to a minimum of four (4) rollers of either a nominal 0.485-inch or 0.567-inch diameter. The bottom four (4) rollers, which can be eliminated, shall move in a minimum interfuel chanr.al space of 0.628 inch.
