Under the provisions of the operating license Technical Specifications and/or 10CFR 21, NRC Region II was notified on March 11, 1980 of a deficiency in the stress analysis of certain Class II lines in the low and high head safety injection system.

In accordance with the reporting requirement of 10CFR 21, the following infor: ration is submitted:

North Anna Unit 1 C. Corrective action which has been, is being or will be taken, the individual responsible and the length of tfane to complete the action.

Several pin aupport modifications have been determined necessary.

New support designs for pipe restraints SI-R-80 and SI-R-86 have been completed and will be implemented by Stone & Webster as soon as practicable.
