B&W TOPICAL REPORTS - PRELIMINARY RT COMMENTS FOR OCONEE REVIEW Based on the' Oconee review plan, approved Augus t 8,1969, and subsequent DRL level meetings on vendor topicals, Reactor Technology has accepted responsibility for review of several B&W topical reports to the extent necessary to complete the Oconee POL review.
