The changes would authorize the licensee.
Duke Power Company, to replace existing spent fuel storage racks havbg a capacity of 216 assemblies with high capacity fuel assembly sto ge racks having a neximum capacity of 474 assemblies.

The Commission's Division of Reactor Licensing has appraised the environmental inpact of the proposed change. On the basis of this appraisal, the Comission has concluded that an envimnmental impact statement for this particular action is not warranted because there will be no significant f
environmental impact attributable to the pmposed action other than those.
