CPPR-33, DOCE T No. 50-269 The attached report of an inspection of the subject facility on September T-10, 1971, is forwarded for information. The items of non-compliance are being followed up in the post-inspection letter to Duke Power Company.
This inspection caused us to be concerned about the effectiveness of the execution and management of the testing progrsm. As you know, we subsequently held a meeting with management to discuss among cther things this concern. During this meeting, we heard statements of in-tent,by Duke management,to improve. We vill be 1 coking for evidence of improvement in future inspecticns.
