The subject inquiry report is forwarded for your information.
We
believe that the licensee's actions in this matter vill be satis-
factorily ec=pleted.
We expect this action to encompass Units 2
and 3.
At this time, this seems to be simply a misapplication in
usage of this particular type of valve. The specification of this
valve for this service was made by Duke. The manufacturer of the
valve is Crane-Chapesn.
