CPPR-33, DOCKET No. 50-269, CCNTROL ROD DRIVE MECHANIEM FAILURES The attached Inquiry Report, containing preliminary information regarding the failure of control rod drives during testing, is forwarded for information.
The extent of the da= age and the effect it vill have en the fuel loading schedule is not known at this time.
This matter vill be reviewed in detail by our inspector during the next routine inspection which is scheduled for early July.
