We have completed our review of your report " Analysis of Effects 1
Resulting From Postulated Piping Breaks Outside Containment for l
Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2 & 3" dated April the supplement to this report dated June 25, 1973 and 22, 1973.
We find the report acceptable with regard to your analysis of postulated ruptures of high-energy piping external to the reactor building and your proposed station modifications for taking corrective action where warranted.
This letter is to confirm our understanding that all Unit 1 modifications will be complete by November 1, 1973 and that those interim measures described in Section 4.1 of the above report will remain in effect until the station modifications are complete.
