Our letter dated June 25, 1980, transmitted Inspection Report No.
50-346/80-15 and a Notice of Violation for an inspection conducted May 12-16, 19-23, 28-30 and June 2-6, 9-10, 1980. The Notice of Violation, Appendix A, enclosed with the letter contained an in-correct val - for the release of xenon-133 on May 13,1980. Please replace the sotice of Violation, Appendix A attached to the June 25, 1980 transmittal letter with the enclosed corrected copy.
