RECEIPT OF ANTITRUST INFORMATION FOR OPERATING LICENSE APPLICATION - WOLF CREEK GENERATING STATION, UNIT N0.1 By letter, dated May 6,1980, you submitted antitrust information to be reviewed as a portion of the operating license application for the Wolf Creek Generating Station, Unit No. 1.
The information was submitted pursuant to NRC Regulatory Guide 9.3 to determine whether there have been any signifi-cant changes since the completion of the antitrust review at the construction permit stage.
