Crystal River' Unit 3 Docket No. 50-302 Operating License No. DPR-72 NRC Letter, Dated January 23, 1980, With Amendment No. 27 to CR-3 OL No. DPR-72 Excluding CAV-1 From Technical Specification
Dear Mr. Reid:
In your January 23, 1980, letter to Florida Power Corporation transmitting the Amendment No. 27 to CR-3 Operating License, you requested FPC to notify the Commission within 45 days of the date when the Containment Isolation Valve, CAV-1, is functional.
This letter is to noti fy the Commission that the CAV-1 has become functional effective July 12, 1980 and past provisions of TS 3.0.4 are now applicable.
