Subject:
Inspection 70-33/80-06 This refers to your letter dated _j..e 12, 1980, in response to our letter dated May 22, 1980.
The item of noncompliance involved ttm drums being located at the waste drum press location while the licensed Maximum Safe Quantity (MSQ) for this location allowed only one drum.
The corrective action given in your letter did not indicate that you would allow only one drum in the waste drum press location at a time.
In a telephone conversation between Mr. R. Schwensfeir of your staff and Mr. W. Kinney of this office on June 20,1980, the commitment was made to allow only one hum in the waste press location at a time.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. These actions and the action discussed above will be examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
Your cooperation with us is appreciated.
Sincerely, i
