Dear Mr. Goodwin:
The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 46 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in ca.'onse to your application dated July 2,1980, as supplemented July i,1980.
The amendment deletes from the reactor protection system the reactor trip derived from the opening of any single reactor coolant pump circuit breaker above 36% power.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
