No. 50-313/77-5 Gentlemen:
In ac:ordance with Technical Specification 6.12.3.2, we have attached the subje:t report concerning a leak on the upstream pipe-to-valve weld of a valve used to vent the Reactor Coolant Pump seals during initial fill of tre RCS.
This report was due February 28 but was held up because of internal handling problems. We believe this was an isolated occurrence and it should not happen again.
