Description of Occurrence:
It was found on October 20, 1976, that the following test was not conducted at the required surveillance interval.
Offsite power protective relaying interlocks and circuitry weekly test scheduled for 10-15-76 was conducted on 10-20-76.

Due to resignation of cognizant supervisor, the test was improperly scheduled and was late being executed.

Surveillance tests have been satisfactorily completed since these occurrences, thus there was no hazard to the health and safety of the public.
