.In the course of proceedings leading to issuance of your construction pennit, we transmitted to you the conments and reconmendations of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service regarding the radiological environmental program for your nuclear reactor station.
Included were reconmendations of the Service regarding the preparation of preopera-tional and operational environmental radiological survey reports and the furnishing of copies of these reports to the Service. Other construction permit holders have received similar recommendations and requests for reports.
This is to request a sumtary report on the programs that have beer.
carried out in response to the reconmendations by the Fish and Wildlife
. Service, and in.those cases where results of studies or surveys ire available, copies of the actual reports. In addition, the Fish and Wildlife Service has requested that we send to them copies of all survey and study reports issued during the past three years on radiolo-gical monitoring of the aquatic environment near nuclear power and fuel reprocessing plants. Fifteen copies of all reports are needed for distribution within AEC and Fish and Wildlife Service.
If this number of copies of the survey or study reports is not conveniently available, please let us know.
In addition-to providing the radiological environmental monitorirs program results, please indicate any measures you have taken to comply with other reconmendations of the Fish and Wildlife Service. Those
-aspects addressed in response to Mr.~ Price's letter of June 27, 1969, on thennal effects may be included by reference.
