The attached radiological report by our field inspector of an inspection
on March 24-27,1975 is forwarded for inforr..ation. Two items of non-
compliance were identified. Also three of the licensee's unusual
occurrence reports, Nos. 50-312-74-1, 3 and 4 acknowledged releases of
chlorine and dissolved solids in excess of limits contained in Appendix B
to the Technical Specifications.
The Notice of Violation did not specifi-
cally identify these excessive releases, but referred to them in a general
statement.

Recent inspections have identified some difficulties with the current
Technical Specifications. These matters will be discussed in a separate
memorandum.
