Mr. E. H. Dunn, Jr., has resigned as Senior Vice President, i

General Counsel and Director of Florida Power Corporation to re-enter -

the private practice of law.

Effective immediately, Mr. S. A. Brandimore, Assistant General Counsel, will assume the active i.!pervision and direction of the activities of the Legal Department as well as the 'related Rates and de~ search Department and the Real. Estate and Tax Department.
