' INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS The Engineering Branch has reviewed the subject docu;aent and find that DSS has taken a different approach of preparing their safety evaluation report concerning the licensee's relief recuests fror.: the AS!1E Sec. XI icservica 1.6pection I c.quirci.unts.

They did net provide any detaileu technical justification for each relief request they granted. The er.ly basis for granting the relief is their judgegent.
