Regarding your report of September 6,1974, concerning Inspection No. 74-11, I would like to point out a typo on page I-4, Item 5-B.
The sentence should read.....but it does not specify that.....
The word "not" was left out of the report and, therefore, makes sV the sentence confusing. This is for your information only and does not constitute cur officially taking exception to the report.
