This memorandum is for your information and refers to

the status of testing at the subject facility as described
in Sec' tion VI.C of RO Rpt. No. 50-302/74-9.
The preoperational test program has not yet started.
In January of this year, Florida Power Corporation (FPC)
stated that testing would commence within two weeks.
During this inspection conducted in June, FPC again
stated that testing would commence within two weeks.
FPC has officially slipped the fuel load date for CR-3
-
three months since January and we anticipate additional
slippage.
Our present estimate for fuel loading is
July 1975.
