Dear Sir:
Enclosed are three (3) originals and nineteen (19) conformed copies of Amendment No. 47 to the Application of Licenses for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant. Also enclosed are an additional eighty-one (81) copies for a total of 103 copies, as previously furnished for your distribution.
Amendment No. 47 consists of revised pages to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR).
Specifically, Amendment No. 47 contains revisions to Section 12.0 Conduct of Operations, Appendix 12A Technical Qualifications, Appendix 12B Emergency Plan, and Section 13.0 Initial Tests and operations to incorporate new organizational., training and procedural changes. Also included is a modification to Section 9.0 Auxiliary and Emergency Systems which was outlined in our letter to Mr. Schwencer on August 26, 1975.
In addition, Amendment No. 47 contains revisions to other FSAR sections which reflect plant modifications and miscellaneous update pages.
