Enclosed are three (3) executed originals and twenty four (24) conformed copies of Amendment No. 46 to the Application for Licenses for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant.
Amendment No. 46 is our annual update of our Application for Licenses as required by Appendix C of 10 CFR 50.
It consists of revised pages and exhibits to the volume titled " Application for Licenses".
In addition, a new section titled " Supplement No.1 to the Application for Licenses" is being filed with the Commission in response to the request for additional information contained in Enclosures 1 and 2 of Mr. Voss A. Moore's letter of June 10, 1975.
Supplement No. I contains financial information connected with the joint ownership of Crystal River Unit 3 by Florida Power Corporation and eleven other utilities which took place on July 31, 1975.
l To facilitate your staff's review of our response to the requests contained in Enclosures 1 and 2, a question and answer format has been utilized in Supplement No. 1.
As indicated in Mr. Moore's letter, the financial information included in Supplement No. 1 is required for the CP amendment admitting the ad-ditional participants as co-holders of the permit, and for a SER supple-ment addressing the OL issues.
