During the inspection, our inspector encountered two apparent ite s of code nonconfor:r.ance. One ite:2 involves failure to maintain accurate heat treat data as required by ASI2 Section III, and the other involves the use of penetranaters in a canner inconsistent 1
p with ASHE Section III. A CDN covering these itens is currently being processed for issuance to the Duke Pover Cor.pany.
