Dear Sir:
Enclosed are three (3) originals and ninateen (19) conformed copies of Amendment No. 44 to the Applicaticn of Licenses for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant.
Also enclosed are an additional eighty-one (81) copies for a total of 103 copies, as previously furnished for your distribution.
Amendment No. 44 consists of revised pages to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR).
Specifically, Amendment No. 44 contains revisions to Section 1.7 Quality Procrams which reflect previously reviewed modifi-cations in the Quality Assurance (second) level of the program; revisions to Section 5.0 Containment System and Other Special Structures and Section 15.0 Technical Specifications to incorporate requested changes in our Inservice Tendon Surveillance Program; and revisions to Section 13.0 Initial Tests and Operation that result from a recent reorganiza-tion of our Power Testing Department.
In addition to the above revisions, Amendment No. 44 contains miscellaneous update pages to other CSAR sections.
