DIRCKS ON INSPECTION AT DAVIS-BESSE As you know, on October 29 and 30, 1975, Mr. W. J. Dircks accompanied two Region III inspectors during a routine construction inspection at the Davis-Besse site.
At my request, Mr. Sutton prepared a Memo to Files summarizing the activities covered during the inspection and Mr. Dircks' expressed interests with respect to these activities. A copy of this Memo to Files is provided for your information.
Based on my discussions with the involved inspectars, I did not get any indication of areas of concern on the part of Mr. Dircks.
