Ben 2178 Charlotte, North Carolina 28201 Gentlemen Duke Feuer Company is requested to amend its Oconee Units 2 and 3 applicatione to provide evrrent f4=--4=1 information in compliance with 10 CFR 50.33 (f) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix C.
This information must be sufficient te enable the AEC to determine Duke's financial qualifica-tions and meet be current. In order for the information to be current and still not delay our lieersing review you should plan to submit the informaties on September 15, 1972, and it should be current in the time period August 15, 1972 - September 15, 1972. This schedula allows 30 days for preparation of the information by Duke and 30 days for the AEC to analyse it prior to a scheduled November ACitS meeting.
With regard to Oeense 2 and 3, the following updated financial informe*.fon is requested.

The types of cost included in the estimate are to be indicated and are to imelude (but not necessarily be limited to) interest on investment, overhead, taxes, depreciation, and other operation, maintesames, insurasse, and fuel costa.
