Dear Mr. Giambusso:
We hereby, apply; for an extension of time for the completion of Oconee Nuclear Station Unit 2 as covered by Provisional Construction Permit No. CPPR-34.
The original ~ construction permit called for completion of the facility l
by February 28,.1972.
This date was extended to February 28, 1973 by your order dated March 1, 1972'. As mentioned in our letter of January 25, 1972, delays have been caused by late delivery of major reactor coolant from Unit 2 to Unit 1 components and diversion of construction forcer In addition
- in solving problems occasioned by the lateness of that unit. -
