On January'25, 1973, the Company requested an extension of the com-pletion 'date because construction of Unit 2 has been delayed due to (1)

diversion of construction forces from Unit 2 to Unit 1 to solve problems i
occasioned by the lateness'of Unit 1, (ii) delay in delivery of major reactor coolant components, and (iii) modifications requirtd to the reactor
' vessel internals for Unit 2.
The Director of Regulation having determined that;ithis action involves no significant~ hazards consideration, and good
