4 Amendments in Title 10, Chapter I, Code of Federal Regu1=*4aa_=, Part 50, concerning Appendix I which sets forth the Nuclear Regulatory Co==imsion's decision regarding numerical guides for design objectivas and 1imiting caaM tions for operation to meet the criterion for "as low as practicable" for radioactive materials in light-water-cooled nuclear power reactors were published by the Commission on Ifay S, 1975, (40 71 19439) and bec=== effective on June 4, 1975.

Since your applications for permits to cocarruct McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2, and Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 were filed prior to January 2, 1971, you must submit to the Commission, within a period of twelve months from Jana 4, 1975:

Car request and schedule for specific information will be sent to you after development of the specific review procedures. We believe that the information referred to above should be submitted as soon as feasible before June 4, 1976.
