Although the Plan states that. firearms will be available to the security force when required, Section 4.4.2 does not state that the security guards are armed.
It is our position that the guards be armed.

Do the security alarms annunciate in a second continucusly manned station? Section 3.2.2 states that the guard cay leave the guard
. house It is our position that all security alaras annunciate in two continuously manned stations.

Are-all' alarms sel f-checking and tamper-indicating?

Is.the perimeter o'f the Controlled Area marked by signs as specified in MSI fli8.17 at Section.3.2?
- 5..The Plot Plan, Enclosure 2, does not show the guard house or the protected area fence line extending from.the west side of the Administration Building.
It appears that a-different arrangement is shown in the: FSAR, Figure 12-5, Revision 8.
Please revise the figures to reflect the present situation.

Indicate on the Plot Plan the location of the parking lot.

Specify that visitors will be required to register the specific information listed in A.'ISI ills.17 at Section 3.3.2.1.

It does not appear that Table II-l is complete; the legend on page:II-1-5 contains unused entries and no doors with intrusion alarms are identified.
Provide a listing of those doors or areas where intrusion alarms cre installed (Reference Part I, Section 5.6,
. and Part II, Section 1.0).
9.
Identify the material scheduled for insertion in Enclosure 3, and iis expected date of availability.
