- program will be instituted for anyone scoring less than 70%

on a category to enabic the individual to increase his knowledge in a timely manner". What is your definition of a timely manne,r? Our position is that a retraining program should be limited to no more than 5 weeks.

3.0 Is it your intention to require the individual scoring less 5.0 than 70% to take a reexamination to evaluate his retraining?

' Our position-is he must take a reexamination following the retraining program.

s 5.0 What formal action will take place in event an individual fails the reexamination of a segment of the annual examination?

Our position is that the individual be evaluated by his super-intendent.and a decision made on action to be taken. This information should be documented in the individual's training j

records.
