In accordance with your applications dated Septemb'er 21, 979, and May 13, 1980, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1861 is hereby amended to increase your possession limit, authorize the use of high density fuel storage racks and incorporate the specified crganizational changes. Accordingly, Items 8 and 9 of SNM-1861 shall read as follows:

Maximum amount that licensee may possess at any one time under this license:
2600 kilogrems of U-235 contained in up to 193 fuel assemblies and in up to 100 fuel rods.

Authorized use:
For receipt, possession, inspection and storage, and for the packaging of fuel for delivery to a carrier in accordance with the statements, representations and conditions racified in the licensee's application dated June 8, 1979, and i the supplements thereto dated August 17, September 21, 1979, and May 13, 1980.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
